
What is hypnosis (in a nutshell)
Simply put, hypnosis is deep relaxation combined with the power of suggestion. Hypnosis can benefit everyone. Additionally, not only is hypnosis a process for applying and instituting change and transformation, it is also a technique which can allow a person to access the wisdom and information stored within their unconscious mind. In reality, we all experience “hypnotic-like” states each day: when daydreaming, just before coming fully awake or falling asleep, and whenever using that “unconscious pilot”, as when driving a well-known road or performing a familiar task. Hypnosis assists in making any change quicker, more pleasant and, when combined with repetition, often more lasting.
